MIKE WOODCOCK

Mike is a highly experienced finance leader with a track record of operating at board level within complex, regulated environments.

Prior to this, Mike held senior roles within Swiss Re and Aviva. Following the sale to Phoenix Group, he went on to operate as CEO within an Irish-domiciled European financial services business.

His experience spans financial strategy, capital management, M&A and operational transformation, including work on transactions of substantial scale within complex, regulated organisations.
